Submit your reports to B-HRD. The B-HRD Database relies on the efforts of many organizations and individuals worldwide to investigate and report on the human rights effects of business activity. We welcome your reports on business-related human rights abuses.

To ensure credibility, focus on business-related abuses and the use of a human rights methodology in analyzing the abuses, we require that each submission:

  • Be written as a report (not as a media article or press release)
  • Be published either in hard copy or online (no drafts or non-public reports)
  • Be based first-hand, on-site investigations (not solely on secondary research)
  • Describe a discernable impact of business on human rights. We welcome reports on state-controlled businesses.
  • Use a human rights methodology to analyze business impacts.
  • Be in English, Spanish or French.
